My favorite teas are Black teas. I like to bold, robust flavors.
My favorite flavor of Kombucha is Ginger-I like things spicy.
I don’t have a kombucha named for me yet, but I’d like it to be strawberry ginger for obvious reason.
When I’m not preparing foods for Zama Café, I love to travel around the country trying trendy, innovative new restaurants as well as tried and true small mom and pop cafes
